What is Bearion Studios?
Bearion Studios is the name of an independent publishing house that's owned and operated by Tyler Zilkie, author and teacher. It operates out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and publishes works using CreateSpace.
Where does it come from?
Bearion Studios was originally intended to be a game development studio, specializing in the design and concept building for a variety of games, including a zombie survival sandbox, and a high fantasy MMORPG. Eventually, due to a lack of relevant skills, focus was shifted away from computer games and onto Pen-and-Paper RPGs, which are still in development.
Early in 2014, Bearion Studios applied with the Canadian ISBN Service System as an independent publisher and received its publisher prefix and name.
What does Bearion Studios offer?
We offer top quality books that are published independently through CreateSpace. The first series to be launched will be THE LEGENDS OF GALRIA, a seven book saga written by Tyter Zilkie. The author brings a fresh voice to the fantasy genre and a top quality book to the indie market. The book is expected to be released by March 2014 on Amazon's websites and through book sellers across North America.
A pen-and-paper game is under the early stages of development, under the code name "Visions of Illusia". It is being developed by both Tyler Zilkie and Benjamin Bowerman. The game seeks to re-imagine many of the tropes that have become common place in fantasy-based RPGs and to reduce the level of randomness associated with the medium. The game is initially planned to focus only on the fictional continent of Illusia, in the world of Tierah, with expansions for further books to come at a later date. The game is projected to be released in early 2017.
Are there other services available?

From the top menu, one may access a number of lesson plans that he has made available to the public which conform to the Manitoba provincial curriculum. There will be a variety of lessons available, from English, Family Studies, Foods and Nutrition, Mathematics, and Psychology.
